In the wake of prevailing COVID-19, the wife of former Test cricketer Wasim Akram, Shaniera Akram, revealed that she along with her family is going nowhere this Eid.
Mrs. Akram engaged her followers on social media asking them about their plans for Eid. Meanwhile, she disclosed that her family will celebrate Eid alone.
“Are you going to celebrate Eid alone to save your country and your loved ones?” she asked.
Her fans liked the idea of #EidAlone and shared their plans for this Eid which will be slightly different in terms of being in an unwanted scenario due to widely-spread COVID-19.
It must be noted here that the whole world is at a standstill over the last two months due to COVID-19. Pakistan also suffered a lockdown situation during this period. Currently, the federal government has eased the lockdown by opening markets and public spots but advised people to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
