British-Pakistani singer and social media personality Chahat Fateh Ali Khan has issued a stern warning of legal action against television host Mathira following her recent claims of harassment. In a controversial statement, Mathira accused Chahat of making her feel “uncomfortable” during their interaction on her show last week.

The conflict began when Chahat posted two videos on his Instagram showcasing their interaction. One video featured Chahat singing for Mathira, while the other depicted them getting close and hugging each other. Mathira, in her response, claimed that the video was uploaded without her consent and that it was not aired on her show, further amplifying her discomfort.

In a video message, Mathira explained, “We believe that guests should be respected. This occurrence was very bad. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable because I don’t do this, I don’t hug people. I am a bold personality, but that doesn’t mean you can hug me when we meet.”

After remaining silent for four days, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan has now responded. Speaking exclusively to Geo News, he expressed disbelief at Mathira’s accusations, stating, “She begged me for months to appear on her show because it wasn’t doing well. I agreed to help her out, and the show became a hit.” Chahat further claimed that Mathira only leveled the harassment accusation after the show’s success, which he called “a big accusation.”

Chahat, visibly upset, made it clear that he would be taking legal action against Mathira, saying, “I have spoken to my lawyers, and I will be suing her. These allegations are false.”

This unfolding controversy between the two media personalities has sparked widespread discussions across social media, with fans and followers divided over the claims and counterclaims.
