Ali Zafar has come up to support his fellow artist Usman Mukhtar who alleged his female colleague of online harassment, bullying, and blackmailing.
While reacting to Usman’s harassment revelations on social media, Ali recalled harassment allegations on him by his female colleague.
“Reminds me of the time I was threatened and blackmailed to back off from a deal with a big beverage company replacing a colleague as a judge for a music show or i “will be destroyed” before the release of my film. Expose them with facts and evidence via due process,” he wrote.

Taking to Instagram amid several women abuse cases are underway in the country, Usman shared how he has been facing online harassment by a female artist despite reporting it to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). He also apologized to his fans for revealing this at this moment when several women abuse cases are on the investigation.
“I greatly apologize for the timing of this but my family and friends have been targeted with harassment and disparaging comments especially Amma, my mental health has suffered,” he shared.
