“I Got Married at the Right Time”

In the podcast, Ghana shared that she got married at 26 because she felt the need for companionship.

“I had a strong desire for a partner. I prayed for it again and again, and Allah granted it. When I was ready, the right person came into my life.”

She called it a blessing and said it was all written in fate.

Marriage Brought Stability and Respect

Ghana believes marriage gave her more respect and protection in the entertainment industry.

“This field needs a shelter. People stop seeing you as a target once you’re married. There’s more dignity.”

She said she still loves acting and calls it her “me time,” but she values the balance that marriage brought into her life.

Lessons Ghana learned from Her Husband

Ghana shared the valuable advice her husband gave her:

“He always tells me to stay reserved. If you’re too open or too friendly, people won’t respect you.”

She agreed with his views and added that having boundaries is important, especially in showbiz. According to her, a woman doesn’t need to be available for everyone or be part of every social gathering.

Society’s Expectations

Ghana reflected on how society is shaped to expect women to rely on men. She doesn’t see it as a weakness but as a reality. She emphasized the importance of morals, self-respect, and personal boundaries in both personal life and career.
