Rizwan’s line — “ya toh win hai, ya learn hai” — had gone viral earlier. Karachi turned that into a meme, celebrating their victory with an AI-generated video. The clip showed Vince and Khushdil dancing to J Star’s hit song ‘Hulara’.
Rizwan scored a gritty 105* off 63 balls. But critics said he slowed down in the early overs. Multan were 156/3 after 16 overs. Michael Bracewell’s late 44* off 17 gave them a lift, but Karachi’s batters made it look easy.
Vince smashed the Multan bowlers, including Abbas Afridi and Shahnawaz Dahani. Karachi needed just five runs in the final over. They finished the chase in style.
With this win, Karachi joined the early leaders. Multan Sultans, Lahore Qalandars, and Peshawar Zalmi are still winless.
