Karachi Kings’ opening batsman Alex Hales, who left Pakistan on Thursday due to coronavirus fear, has suffered from COVID-19 symptoms.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has already confirmed that the decision to postpone Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 5’s knockout stage was taken after a player, who had left Pakistan a few days ago, showed symptoms of the widely-spread virus.

The sources confirmed behtareen.pk that Hales has been admitted to an isolation ward on his arrival in England after spending three weeks in Pakistan while playing PSL 5.

Meanwhile, the PCB is conducting precautionary tests for coronavirus in Lahore. All the players, broadcasters and officials, who remained part of the PSL 5, have been called up to undergo a Test.
