Former cricket legend Shahid Afridi has been a household name since his teenage years, earning love and admiration from the nation for his outstanding performance in all formats of cricket. Now retired from cricket, Afridi focuses on league matches and philanthropic endeavors.
Recently, on Ushna Shah’s show, Afridi addressed the question on everyone’s mind: Will he join politics? While he had expressed interest in politics earlier and even considered joining a party, Afridi revealed that he has changed his mind since 2021.
Although he didn’t elaborate on his reasons, it’s clear that Afridi has made up his mind to stay out of politics for now.
