Federal Minister for Education, Shafqat Mehmood has remained an undisputed hero for Pakistani students after he was forced to shut down educational institutions due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
Since he was the Education Minister and had to take a tough decision to close educational institutions twice last year but students made him their hero. The politician remained on top of the Meme world as students often paid him tribute for closing all schools, colleges, and universities.

Yet again, Shafqat and the health Ministry have announced to close educational institutions but in selective cities and districts where COVID-19 risk is high. Schools in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Gujrat will remain close from March 15 to March 28.

It must be noted here that National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) held a meeting on Wednesday to monitor the current situation after a rise in COVID-19 cases in the country during last week.
