Saba Faisal, a renowned Pakistani actress, has always been open about her personal beliefs and experiences, particularly when it comes to family life and relationships. During a recent appearance on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, Saba shared her thoughts on the often-debated topic of gender equality in relationships, revealing that, in her view, men and women are not equal.

Known for her candid nature, Saba Faisal’s perspective on marriage and family life has always sparked interest. In her conversation with Ahmed Ali Butt, Saba openly stated that this might sound controversial, but in her experience, men and women are not equal in the context of relationships. Reflecting on advice she received from her mother, Saba shared that her mom advised her to “walk a step behind her husband” and always seek his guidance when needed.

Saba Faisal has adhered to this principle throughout her marriage, believing that respect is at the core of a healthy relationship. According to her, a man always seeks respect, and she ensures she provides that to her husband. She also believes that men are naturally better suited for making significant family decisions due to their more logical, less emotional approach.

While Saba Faisal acknowledges that women should voice their opinions and try to influence decisions, she emphasizes that a woman should allow her husband to make the final choice if he is deserving of her respect. “Men are more decisive,” Saba explained, and therefore, it is essential for women to step back and trust their husband’s judgment when it comes to major decisions.

Furthermore, she emphasized that in a household where the husband has the final say, happiness often prevails. According to her, women tend to make emotional decisions, whereas men can provide a more rational perspective. She also stressed the importance of wives showing confidence in their husbands, allowing them to take on a decisive role in the family.

Saba’s philosophy suggests a traditional view of marriage, where gender roles are clearly defined, and women support their husbands’ leadership while contributing their perspectives.
