Veteran writer Bee Gul said love in society is the most important social issue which needs to be highlighted.
Speaking of her ongoing drama series ‘Raqeeb Se’, Gul said love is a complex emotion and she is still confused about it. “I always wanted to write something on love and what love does to people. It is a complex emotion and tough to be understood,” she said while talking to Something Haute.
“I write about social issues and try to highlight them through my work. I think Love is the most important social issue to write about,” she shared.
The writer stressed the need for women to understand each other. “I tried to explain how important it is for women to understand each other. The hate that women have for each other and their insecurities they have, helps men get away with almost everything,” she highlighted.
