Moin Khan shared cricketers like to be around women and those who deny thinking about females, tell lies.
Speaking in Express Tv’s show ‘Time Out With Ahsan Khan’, Moin quipped that Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis used to enjoy bowling being around women. “We used to say ‘if you wanted Waqar or Wasim to bowl better and faster, then place two women near the screens and they’ll naturally start performing better,” he said.
“If any cricketer claims that he has never thought about being surrounded by women on the field, believe me, that’s an obvious lie,” he added while having a laugh with Akram who was alongside him in the show.
Meanwhile, the prolific left-arm pacer recalled how fielders during his playing days wish to change their fielding position for being around the women. “There were two reasons why anyone wanted the third man or fine leg position in Sharjah, first there was a shade there and second, there were women,” he shared.
