Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar said he realised to have committed a sin by casting Mahira Khan in his 2014’s hit drama serial Sadqay Tumhare.
In a Twitter post, Khalil retweeted Mahira’s throwback post and said he will always curse for his decision.
“I’ll always curse [myself] for the sin I committed by casting her [Mahira] in a very sacred role in my Sadqay Tumhare,” he wrote.

In another tweet, the writer shared an old screenshot of Mahira in which she called out Khalil for abusing feminist activist Marvi Sarmad on tv talk show.
