Udaari famed Ahsan Khan has signed the cast of Yasir Nawaz’s upcoming thriller-comedy film ‘Chakkar’, the actor himself confirmed on Tuesday.
According to Khan, the director and his wife Nida Yasir asked him if he is interested in doing the lead male role in the film. The actor revealed that he will play the lead role of ‘Kabir’, the rest of the detail will be unleashed later. On the other hand, the name for a lead female is yet to come out.
Initially, Feroze Khan and Mawra Hocane were likely to make their presence in the film but after Feroze quit showbiz, the directors started looking for someone else. It is still not confirmed whether Mawra is still there or not for the lead role in the film.
It must be noted here that Chakkar will be Yasir’s fourth film after the Wrong No., Wrong No.2 and Mehrunisa V Lub U.
