Three more players tested COVID-19 positive, remaining PAKvsWI matches in danger

Three more players in Windies’ camp have tested COVID-19 positive which put their remaining matches against Pakistan in danger.

On early Thursday, Windies Cricket confirmed that three players and two members of the coaching staff have been tested COVID-19 positive. These players include Shai Hope, Akeal Hosein and Juston Greaves alongside assistant Coach Roddy Estwick, and Team Physician Dr Akshai Mansingh.

All five members of the touring party have been put into isolation for 10 days. Earlier, Roston Chase, Shedron Cottrell, and Kyle Mayers were tested COVID-19 positive.

Today, both the boards will meet to decide the future of remaining matches of the ongoing tour.
