Extremists parties in our neighbouring country India have succeeded one more time as our very own Mahira Khan has been dropped from her debut Bollywood project Raees opposite Shahrukh Khan.
“It was a very painful decision for producer Ritesh Sidhwani to take. The pressure to replace her had been building up for months. It reached a crescendo after the Uri attacks. It came to a point where it became impossible to shoot with any Pakistani. People suggested all kinds of solutions to the impasse, including shooting in Dubai. But it didn’t seem viable. Now, Mahira has unfortunately been relieved of her duties,” an Indian media website DNA quoted a source from the film.

According to Pakistani media reports, Mahira Khan is not available for the comment on this latest update and neither Shahrukh Khan in India as per Indian sources.
In another news, Karan Johar is also in trouble because of Fawad Khan’s role Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
