Zindagi Tamasha’s release gets delayed again due to censorship battle

Sarmad Khoosat’s much-anticipated film Zindagi Tamasha’s release has once got delayed due to censorship battle.

According to the Galaxy Lollywood, Sarmad himself confirmed the delay in release of his film which has already got international awards even before getting into the cinemas.

Zindagi Tamasha was the first-ever Pakistani film to win Kim Ji-Seok Award at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea. Also, it won Snow Leopard Award for Best Film at the 6th Asian World Film Festival, 2021.

Reportedly, the film’s story revolves around a beloved, devout naat Khawan who loses support of his community after an unethical video of him goes viral. According to the reports, story line of the film is the reason behind the battle between filmmakers and censor board.
