Karachi Whites defeated Islamabad Regions by five wickets in the final of National One Day Cup at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Fawad Alam scored 149 off 130 balls with the help of 18 fours and named player of the match.
Islamabad won the toss in the final and decided to bat first. Babar Azam scored 105 off 95 balls, Shahid Yousaf 95* off 74 balls, and Shaan Masood 51 off 45 balls to help their team set a 348 runs target for opponents.
While chasing, Karachi quickly lost both the openers but then Fawad Alam took the responsibility and scored 149 off just 130 deliveries. Danish Aziz and Akbar-ur-Rehman gave full support to Alam and scored 86* and 41 respectively. Anwar Ali hit a six on the third ball of final over to register the victory.

Shan Masood of Islamabad Region was awarded Best Batsman of the tournament, while Muhammad Imran of Faisalabad Region recieved Best Bowler award. Abid Ali named Outstanding Player/All-rounder for his 509 runs and nine dismissals.
