In the current situation when different cities of Pakistan are locked down, public figures along with the government are making sure to support poor class and daily wagers to meet their ends.
Renowned Pakistani actress Hira Mani took the initiative to distribute free ration and medicines to needy people in the country. She shared some contact numbers of her team on Instagram who will distribute food bags where and when needed.
Feroze Khan has also stepped up to show some responsibility and help people in need during the ongoing global crisis.
Anoushey Ashraf and renowned designer Nomi Ansari are also working collaboratively to distribute ration bags to needy families. They both are making sure to entertain as many families as they can in this tough time.
Former flamboyant cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi is also making efforts to help poor communities under the banner of his welfare trust, ‘Shahid Afridi Foundation’. He has traveled to remote areas of the country to facilitate the poor class with the basic needs of life.
