Adnan Siddiqui requested the people in Pakistan to voluntarily cooperate with the government to combat widely-spread coronavirus.
In a live session with his friend and popular Tv and film actor Humayun Saeed on Instagram, Adnan revealed that they both have put themselves in self-isolation immediately after returning to Pakistan from the US.
“I urge all the people out there to voluntarily cooperate with the government as we all know the intensity of the current situation when the whole world is fighting with coronavirus. This is the reason why I and Humayun have decided to remain in self-isolation for the next 14 days after returning from the US,” the actor said.
Upon a lot of queries from people on why they traveled to the US in such circumstances, Adnan said that it was an important trip and the situation wasn’t as bad as now it is. “I think people don’t know the other side of the story. It was an important trip for us and being responsible citizens we are here voluntarily isolating ourselves for the betterment of everyone even after getting ourselves tested negatively for the virus,” he concluded.
