England team suffered a huge blow before three-matches ODI series against Pakistan after their seven members of the squad tested COVID-19 positive.

Reportedly, England’s captain Eoin Morgan alongside Jonny Bairstow, Adil Rashid, and four staff members were tested COVID-19 positive and put into isolation immediately.

With just a day left in the ODI series, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had to change the squad as their authorities gave them a go-ahead with the series as scheduled. Ben Stokes made a comeback and got the captaincy whereas nine uncapped players were named in the revised squad.
