Ever since our exclusive news broke out about Faris Shafi being one of the singers to sing this year’s Pakistan Super League (PSL) anthem, the reactions have been mixed at best. While some people are excited that familiar faces like Aima Baig will give it a rest this year, others are upset over other PSL anthem regulars like Ali Zafar not doing the anthem again.
However, the most interesting reactions this year have been over Faris Shafi’s involvement, to the point where people have started poking fun by creating different NSFW versions of Faris Shafi lyrics with a touch of PSL realness to them. Faris is known to go all out when it comes to his rapping, throwing in Punjabi slang and curse words as per his liking.
