Lahore Qalandars have reportedly replaced their injured captain Muhammad Hafeez with former Pakistan captain Salman Butt for the remainder of Pakistan Super League’s fourth edition.

Salman Butt’s suspension from international cricket was ended in 2016 and since then, he played a lot domestic cricket at home. But his inclusion in Lahore Qalandars for PSL will be the most high-profile appearance for him.

It is still unsure if he will also lead the squad in absence of Hafeez or the management will hand over captaincy to some other player.
