Lahore Qalandars captain Mohammad Hafeez got injured last night during game against Karachi Kings. The captain was taken to hospital for further scans and x-rays after the game.
Following an initial report, Hafeez has been advised rest for a few days. A timeline on his recovery will be known by further discussions with experts in due course.
Hafeez won’t be available for tonight’s game against Peshawar Zalmi but we are hopeful of his quick recovery.
“He is being rested for today’s game but we expect him to be with us on dugout soon,” said team manager Sameen Rana.
In absence of Hafeez, AB de Villiers will lead Lahore Qalandars
