Asim Azhar didn’t like people bullying TikTok star Areeka Haq after the news of her debut music video with him hits social media on Friday.
Taking to Twitter, Asim schooled people who criticized him for having the TikTok star in his upcoming music video.
“Kamaal hai waise, pehle depression aur mental health pe lectures dete hain aur kuch din baad khud kisi ko depression ka shikaar bana dete hain apni bullying aur nafrat se,” he wrote.

Areeka also reacted to the public’s reaction to her debut music video with Asim. He took to Instagram and wrote: “Depression deni bhi hai or phr baad me afsoos bhi krna hai.”
On Friday, Asim and Areeka posted a picture of their upcoming music video on social media. The picture made rounds on social media and people highly criticized Asim for featuring Areeka just on the base of her TikTok fame.
