Pakistan’s veteran actor and director Anwar Iqbal Baloch passed away at 71 after suffering illness for quite some time, his family confirmed.
The actor made his name in Pakistan’s entertainment industry after making his acting debut as ‘Nana ki Jan Qamru’ in the drama serial Shama on PTV Classic in 1976. He went on work in Sindhi and Balochi drama during his career.
Celebrities expressed grief and sorrow and prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
