“PTV will become HD completely in the first week of August. APP will also become a digital channel that will represent Pakistan as a digital forum across the world,” he said.

Meanwhile, Fawad also shared that Radio Pakistan will also be digitalized with new programming settings to be implemented in August.

Earlier, Fawad invited social media apps like Facebook, YouTube, and Google to open offices in Pakistan. He emphasized the need for their offices in the country after realizing the lack of communication between Pakistanis and these apps. A lot of people in the country are earning through YouTube, Facebook, and Google but they often find no in-person representation of these companies here.
