The Muslim world is celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr today amid worldwide lockdown situation due to the prevailing COVID-19 virus.

Following the current intense circumstances, celebrities in Pakistan urged people to stay at home this Eid and pray for the departed souls who left this World due to deadly virus and recent PIA Plane Crash.

Former Test cricketer Wasim Akram wished that he could celebrate Eid joyously instead of asking people to stay home and safe.

His wife Shaniera Akram wrote “Eid Mubarak to all! Be smart today, celebrate and enjoy Eid but follow SOPs. Remember you may love your family, but COVID doesn’t!”

Humayun Saeed is spending this Eid while praying for the well being of humans around the world in this difficult time.

Adnan Siddiqui is saddened with back-to-back problems the world is facing. He thinks that this Eid would be different from the previous ones.
