The much-awaited maiden silver screen appearance of Imran Ashraf and Amar Khan has made a grand entry with a promising Dum Mastam’s first look. A rom-com movie’s trailer gives a blend of excitement, love, laughter and music for the audience amid the revival of Pakistani cinemas post COVID-19.

Directed by Mohammad Ehteshamuddin, produced by Adnan Siddiqui and Akhtar Hasnain, Dum Mastam will feature the love-cum-revenge story of Baahu (Imran) and Aalia Butt (Amar).

The trailer starts with Baahu expressing his love for Aalia who was keen on her passion of making a career in dancing. She refuses Baahu’s love, considering him as a hooligan. The revenge story starts from there with the two leads getting a chance to prove their mettle in singing and acting respectively.

Production-wise, Dum Mastam looks decent with the mix of resounding music and visuals. As the entertainment industry crawls back towards normalcy, Dum Mastam’s first look promises to race the cinema post-pandemic.
