Veteran batsman Fawad Alam lost his control over a journalist who questioned his performance on England tour earlier this year.
During a virtual presser after Sindh ended day 2 of first-round in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy at National Stadium Karachi, a journalist asked Fawad whether his performance has been restricted to domestic cricket.
“Fawad, you are near to scoring your 35th First-Class century and always score runs in domestic cricket. But, on the England tour, you didn’t carry on your domestic performance. Is Fawad’s performance has been restricted to just domestic after not playing international cricket for over 10 years?” the journalist asked.

“Who said this, people or you are telling your opinion. Let me know first, who said this then I will answer this question,” Fawad hits back.

It must be noted here that Fawad was failed to get off the mark on his comeback in Test cricket after 10 years against England earlier this year. He came out to bat in three innings and his scores were 0, 21, 0*.
However, he once again proved his worth in domestic cricket after scoring runs for Sindh on the second day of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2020-21 round 1. He rescued Sindh who were 113-6 and took them to 196-6 by scoring 90 runs.
