Seems like June is the month of replacement for Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan in Bollywood. Firstly, he replaced Saif Ali Khan in Salman Khan’s Jugalbandi, then Irrfan Khan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gustakhiyan and now, reports suggest that Zoya Akhtar is now considering to replace Hrithik Roshan with Fawad Khan in her next movie.

According to a report by DNA India, “Zoya Akhtar could not woo Hrithik Roshan for her next; she has found an alternative in the Pakistani hottie.”
Reports suggest that Hrithik was not in favor of doing two-hero movie and Zoya Akhtar’s next movie already had Ranveer Singh on board.

“She loved Fawad in Kapoor & Sons and decided to work with him right after watching the film. However, she never had him in mind while writing this film. When Hrithik said no, she was in need for a dashing hero who could also act well. Fawad totally fit the bill,” reports DNA India.
