Prayers poured in for Pakistan’s legendary comedian Umer Sharif who is currently hospitalized for cancer treatment.
Not only from Pakistan, but people from India are also wishing a speedy recovery to the ailing stage comedian. Indian comic actor Johnny Lever and Daler Mehndi sent prayers for the Pakistani legend.
“Our beloved star Umar Sharif is unwell these days. I am so sad to hear this. Umer bhai, may God bless you with good health,” Lever said in a video message.
“Umer was a legendary comedian and beautiful soul. I would like to request Imran Khan to pay immediate attention to the matter and try his level best to save the comedy legend,” Mehndi said.
Bringing it into your account, the Federal and Sindh governments have already met Umer and his family and ensured complete treatment. In a video message earlier, the legendary comedian appealed to PM Khan to arrange his travel abroad for treatment.
