Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday announced to lift the ban from the Chinese video-sharing app, TikTok.
A decision given by PHC following a hearing on Thursday stated that a ban on TikTok can be lifted but the content should be monitored.

It must be noted here that TikTok had been banned in Pakistan earlier after Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) received several complaints about its content. The video-sharing app was unbanned then after the Chinese company assured PTA to monitor the content.
