The Drama serial Ishq Hai on ARY Digital suffered immense criticism for showing a forceful marriage proposal to a girl.
According to the story, Minal Khan (Isra) turned down Shahzaib’s (Danish Taimoor) marriage proposal due to family pressure. While reacting to the denial, Shahzaib kidnapped Isra for a forced marriage.
Meanwhile, a scene features Shahzaib threatening Isra for marriage while putting a gun on himself. A clip of that scene went viral on social media and people criticized the makers for such a storyline.
