Pakistanis were over the moon when South Africa finally arrived in Pakistan after almost 14 years to play two Tests and three T20Is.

It must be noted here that South Africa last toured Pakistan in 2007 when they won both Test and ODI series against the home side. It is for the first since 2008 when a militant attack happened on the Sri Lankan team, the world’s top-ranked team has arrived in Pakistan to play Tests and T20Is.
South Africa will play two Tests against Pakistan in Karachi and Rawalpindi while three T20Is in Lahore. Karachi Test will commence on January 26 at National Stadium.
