One of Pakistan’s leading actors Mahira Khan said theatre is the most lively platform for artists and expressed her wish to at least work in theatre once her life.

While putting weight on her fellow guest Mohib Mirza’s point of view about theatres in ARY Digital’s Ramadan special show, Mahira said theatre performance gets instant feedback from the audience, and their involvement boosts the confidence of performers.

“I love theatre audience, to be honest. The way they engage with the performance is always mesmerizing to see. I once performed in Toronto, it wasn’t theatre but it was a live performance and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely love to do theatre once in my life,” he said.

Mahira has given super hit dramas including Humsafar and also featured in a few of the hit films such as Superstar, Bol, and Verna. Her upcoming films are Legends of Maula Jatt and Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad.
