Recent hit drama serial Chupke Chupke‘s director Danish Nawaz thinks no other actor could have played Meenu better than Ayeza Khan.
While responding to the latest gossip about Meenu’s role was first offered to Sohai Ali Abro, the director shared Sohai was just one of the options for this role.
“Sohai was one of the actors we had in mind for Meenu but due to the situation, schedule and pandemic, it couldn’t happen” he revealed. “But now I am convinced, no other actor could have done better than Ayeza as Meenu,” he lauded.
Ayeza has won the hearts of the viewers by her acting as Meenu in Ramadan special sit-com. Her character has been making waves on social media with a vast audience relating to it.
Just after the character gained hype, rumors surfaced on the internet that Sohai was the first choice for Meenu but was replaced by Ayeza later on.
