Rohail Hyatt, who parted his ways with Coke Studio as producer, called Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan aka Xulfi as the best option to take this music platform forward.
While replying to a fan on Twitter, Hyatt said CS will go long way as there are no chances of it getting wrapped up.
“With all due respect, I think CS has achieved its peak and seen the fall as well. The platform must be wrap now with grace, in my humble opinion the best season of CS was CS-Season 2!” a Twitter user suggested.
“I don’t think it will get wrapped anytime soon because the numbers and public support far outweigh any negativity or ROI,” he replied.

Meanwhile, another Twitter user expressed his disappointment over Strings Band parted ways after 33 years in a surprising announcement a couple of days ago. He also shares his concern about who will be producing CS’s next season.
“Maestro Rohail Hyatt you’ve left CokeStudio, Strings have disbanded too. Now, who will be producing CS? already feeling concerned. BTW I’m a huge fan of yours,” he asked.
“Since Bilal worked alone at Velo, he might still do that again. There are many candidates for Coke Studio. Hopefully, Coke will find someone who is excited about producing It. Xulfi is the best option in my opinion,” he answered.
