Asim Azhar emphasized the need to invest in producing original content for the rise of Pakistan’s music industry.
While sharing his thoughts after his latest song ‘YAAD‘ alongside Young Stunners became a hit, Asim said artists in Pakistan should start investing in original content for the sake of music in the country.
“I hope it’s an eye-opener for a lot of the artists (mainstream too) to start making original content & music videos,” he said.

“Sirf brands ka wait karte reh jaoge tou hogaya kaam. Thora Jaib Mai Haath Daalo aur Saath Do,” he quipped.
Asim highlighted that Pakistani artists rely on brands and promotional companies to give them work. He thinks that this trend needs to be changed.

It must be noted here that Asim has recently given hit originals including Soneya, Tum Tum and Tasveer. His famous song ‘Galat Fehmi’ recently crossed 100M views on YouTube.
