Pakistan Tv actor Zahid Ahmed is all set to make big-screen debut with his upcoming project ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’.
Saba Qamar will play opposite to Ahmed in the film. According to initial details, the story of ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’ revolves around a police officer helping a girl who is stuck amidst turmoil. In doing so, he hopes to impress her with a very elaborate lie and that forms the crux of the story.
Talking about the film Ahmed opines, “Ghabrana Nahi Hai is a complete family entertainer with subtle, yet impactful social messages built cleverly into the script. I am excited about my debut on the silver screen and I am also thankful to the producers Jamil Baig and Hassan Zia for believing in me and giving me this solid opportunity.”
Along with Jamil, Hassan Zia, who has produced several films and tele-dramas in the past two decades, is co-producing the film. The film is written by Mohsin Ali and directed by Saqib Khan. The star cast also includes Syed Jibran, Nayar Ejaz, Sohail Ahmed and Afzal Khan.
It must be noted here that following the current global crisis the film’s shoot has been paused to better save the cast and crews from the widely-spread virus. The date of the film release and other details will be disclosed at a later date.
