It is not easy for cricketers to remain away from their game but sometimes uncertain happenings forced them to do so. Where the whole world is suffering through coronavirus pandemic and several cities are locked down, there are cricketers who haven’t made this an excuse and are busy practicing the game at home in their own style.
Let’s have a look at how cricketers are managing to work out while spending time with their families in quarantine.
Pakistan’s Test captain Azhar Ali, who is well known for being health-conscious, is taking out time to work on his fitness. He has got his kids as his trainers and making the most of the free time at home. The right-handed batsman has posted a couple of videos on Instagram where he can be seen doing some fitness drills with children.
Opening batsman Ahmed Shahzad is spending time in the northern areas of Pakistan and is in quarantine there.
Domestic performer Khurram Manzoor also hired his little daughter as his fitness trainer. He posted a video on Instagram in which they both are having some fitness drills.
Pakistan’s former flamboyant all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi is running ration drive in remote areas as the country is under partial lockdown. He under the banner of his welfare trust ‘Shahid Afridi Foundation’ is distributing ration among poor and needy families.
