Buckle up, as the wait is finally over and you’re in for a stimulating ride. The much-awaited trailer of Superstar is finally here to blow everyone away with its stunning visuals, glorious chemistry, and a never-ending round of pizzazz that you never thought you’d see in Pakistani cinema. Well, Ehtashamuddin and Momina Duraid have done it and we couldn’t be prouder!
The trailer kicks off with Mahira Khan as Noori with big dreams and bigger ambitions, and Bilal Ashraf as the heartthrob superstar with a heart of gold. As Noori dreams of making it big in the showbiz industry, we also see her ambiguous relationship with Sameer spiralling out of control. And eventually, it triggers a sense of self-reflection which in turn motivates her to rise as a bigger and better celebrity than her counterpart.
And apparently, its the season of cameos and Superstar isn’t here to disappoint. You will see Kubra Khan, Hania Amir, Syra Shehroz, Osman Khalid Butt, and many others giving the performance of a lifetime. But the fieriest bit of the trailer has to be Khan’s item number with Butt. Whether its the pairing, the swanky attire, or the song itself, our hearts are indefinitely sold!

Ending with Atif Aslam’s melodious voice and Noori’s badass star power, it leaves us wondering how the plot will cater to the lead couple’s relationship dynamic and we gotta say, we’re itching for a happy ending. Either way, we’re in line to watch all the gloss and glamour that this melodramatic love-story has to offer.
For all those who haven’t seen the trailer yet, let’s just say you’re really missing out. It shows Khan in one of her finest avatars to date, with Ashraf taking over the place of the man of your dreams. And together, they give a glimpse into the super-starry world of showbiz, which makes everyone wish they were a part of it somehow. The film releases this Eid-ul-Azha, giving its fellow contenders Parey Hut Love and Heer Maan Ja a pretty tough competition.
