Two-time Academy Award winner Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy (SOC) finally breaks her silence over her tweets against Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) doctor, who allegedly sent junior Chinoy friend request on Facebook after giving treatment.
SOC took to her Twitter and admitted that her words were ‘poorly chosen,’ and further added that the AKUH’s doctor breached the code of conduct by commenting on her sister’s photos on Facebook and sending her friend request. She also clarified that AKUH is carrying out it’s own independent investigation on the issue.

SOC urged that public should support women when they speak out against harassment and reiterated that she will never stay silent on such issues.
