Earlier this year, Pakistan cricket team won the ICC Champions Trophy for the first time in cricket history by defeating the arch rival and favourites India in the final. Since then, the men in green have been accepting rewards for their big achievement. Just today, Pakistan Post has issued a commemorative postage stamps and souvenir sheet in an event attended by chairman PCB Mr. Najam Sethi, captain Sarfaraz Ahmad and other team members.

The stamps and sheets are available at all the post officers across Pakistan from today.

According to Mr. Tariq Awam, the Treasury Officer of Pakistan Post in Karachi, 50,000 souvenir sheets and 300,000 stamps have been issued to honor the Pakistan cricket team.

“The set of three stamps will cost Rs30, while the souvenir sheets are priced at Rs50 each,” told Awan.
