Pakistan’s former right arm off spinner and now Islamabad United’s spin bowling coach for Pakistan Super League (PSL) season three, Saeed Ajmal has assured that his team fans will not miss Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif in the matches. The former cricket great refrained himself for talking more about his franchise players who were suspended during PSL season two and latter banned in spot-fixing scandal.
“I proved myself in the bowling department for the national side and now hopeful to produce good result with my coaching,” told Ajmal, who was accompanied by Rumman Raees, the Islamabad United vice captain and fast bowler at a promotional event at a mall in Karachi.
Talking to press, Raees told that he learned a lot from former Islamabad United fast bowling coach Wasim Akram in two season and that now is the time to learn from another great, Waqar Younis. “He (Younis) is a legend and PSL III will be the ideal platform to learn from him,” he said.
