Upon the directives of a district sessions judge, the defamation suit against Meesha Shafi by Ali Zafar will get wrapped by April 15 after being long-drawn-out. The suit was asked to be disposed within a month by Zafar’s counsel through a plea last week.

Reportedly, Zafar’s plea maintained that no extra adjournments should be given to Shafi and her counsel, as it only results in the wastage of the court’s time. The singer also emphasized on the decision being revealed within the span of a month, as the case has already taken almost a year to arrive at a decision.
