Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy has once again come forward to criticize private sectors for giving jobs to foreign actors.
Emmy Awards winner, Sharmeen said there is a need to first create opportunities for local actors before hiring foreigners.
When you have budgets and work for Pakistani actors then begin to import foreign ones,” she wrote on her Instagram story. “Bollywood and Hollywood can afford to do that, we cannot,” she compared.
It must be noted here that Sharmeen bashed Pakistan Super League (PSL)’s franchise Peshawar Zalmi who was reportedly hired Turkish star Esra Bilgic as Brand Ambassador for the upcoming sixth edition of the league.
