One of Pakistan’s top singers, Atif Aslam teased his fans with a hint of making debut on television in near future.
Just a couple of days ago, Atif was in headlines after news surfaced on social media that the singer was signed for the sequel of Hum Tv’s drama serial ‘Sang-e-Mar Mar’ named ‘Sang e Mah’.
Now, the singer himself gave a hint to his followers of possibly making TV debut very soon. “I don’t think I’m handsome enough for acting,” Atif joked while responding to a question regarding his acting career in an interview with Haroon Rashid on BBC Asian Network.
“I might consider something and it depends on the script. People might be able to see me on television, delivering dialogues so, let’s see,” he shared.
Atif, who acted in Shoaib Mansoor’s film Bol alongside Mahira Khan in 2011, was also asked whether he signed the sequel of Sang-e-Mar Mar. “I’ve heard the rumours but I’m not sure about this,” he replied.
While answering this question, Atif also looked out for suggestions. “Fans, you gotta tell me about this; shall we do it?” he asked.
