Pakistan’s star all-rounder Shoaib Malik disclosed that his wife and Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza ate a lot of apples during pregnancy for their son’s fair complexion.
While talking about superstitious believes, Malik shared that his mother-in-law fed his wife a lot of apples during pregnancy period.
“Sania’s mother fed a lot of apples to her for our son’s fair complexion,” Malik revealed.
Pakistani actor, Ushna Shah, who was alongside the cricketer on the show, bantered Malik and said, “Your son is fair enough.”
“Then, I believe, apples worked for him,” Malik replied with a laugh.
Malik and Sania tied knot in 2010 in a grand ceremonies in India and Pakistan. After eight years of marriage, the celebrity couple gave birth to a boy who was named Izhaan Mirza Malik.
