Social worker and wife of renowned Pakistani humanitarian and philanthropist late Abdul Sattar Edhi, Bilquis Edhi passed away Thursday at the age of 74.
According to the details, Bilquis was admitted in hospital after her blood pressure dropped down a couple of days ago. While battling multiple diseases, the philanthropist breath her last in Karachi today.
Among thousands of people, Pakistani celebrities also mourned the loss of founding member of Pakistan’s first-ever welfare institution, Edhi Foundation.
In 2016, Sattar Edhi passed away after battling with prolong disease. The philanthropist served Pakistan from the front during several social and societal crisis.
