Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has been busy promoting her latest film Brahmastra with her husband Ranbir Kapoor. Her recent press tours brought up the time she was asked about working with Pakistani artists, to which she responded positively. According to Express Tribune, the actress was asked about her experience with Fawad Khan and Ali Zafar, and she said that it was a pleasure working with both.
“Working with Fawad Khan was a great learning experience for me as an artist. In terms of culture, artistry and talent, he has left an impact on cinema and it was wonderful to work with him,” she said.
The two worked together in Karan Johar’s Kapoor & Sons in 2016. The film also starred Sidharth Malhotra, Rishi Kapoor, Ratna Pathak Shah, and Rajat Kapoor. The actor’s stint in Bollywood also included working in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Khoobsurat.
Alia Bhatt also talked about the love she receives from Pakistan on a regular basis and how grateful she is for it. Her film Gangubai Kathiawadi remained the number one film watched on Netflix in Pakistan for quite a few weeks.
